After a period of rapid growth, and increasing competition, Visa Europe’s leadership wanted to engage their people in the business’s direction and redefine what was expected of them.

We worked with Corporate Communications, Branding and HR to develop the overall Visa Europe story – a narrative which explained how the organisation would achieve its vision. We designed workshops to engage employees in translating the broader Visa Europe story into the specific contribution they could make.
