The rising profile of wind power, and the fast rate of growth of this global organisation has highlighted the importance of maintaining its culture and brand values globally across its markets.

Working with Group Internal Communications and communicators from the business units, we designed a programme for developing leaders’ communication skills. This included a one to one review process between communicators and their leaders, a questionnaire to collect and collate data to identify their strengths and weaknesses, a leadership workshop to raise skills, and coaching support for leaders.

We developed workshops to train communicators to act as coaches, and as strategic business partners.
