UBS shifted from a portfolio of different names to the common branding ‘UBS’ across all its businesses worldwide. The brand change signified a more unified, integrated and client-focused organisation. To help this change we developed a series of workshops for marketing, HR and customer service managers. These focused on translating the brand into behaviours, bringing the brand to life locally, and engaging business leaders locally to do the same.
