We carried out a review of internal communication to identify how best to support the greater integration of the business internationally, and the creation of a unified brand. We carried out a review of internal communication practice and established the best balance of responsibilities between the corporate centre and the business units.

We were then asked to communicate the values needed to support the brand promise. The values were implemented via discussion sessions based around dilemmas which illuminated how the values should guide decision making.
