Faced with the pressing need to be more competitive, the Royal Mail needed to raise its communication game. We worked with the top leadership tier of 31 Area General Managers nationally to provide them with the necessary skills to engage their people in substantive change.

Working with the Head of Internal Communication we reviewed all their communication practices and channels. We then identified how to rejig existing channels, adopt new ones, and reinvest funds and resources for a better return.
