Nationwide Building Society consistently wins awards for its customer service, and also has an award-winning internal communication team. As part of connecting their external and internal communication more effectively, they aimed to restructure their internal communication organization. We worked alongside the internal communication leadership team to review options for the best structure, to define the resources required and to identify the skills needed for the future. We then ran a series of development workshops to help internal communicators in new roles develop their skills as business partners.
