We helped develop a face-to-face communication process for Eversheds’ network of offices across UK and Europe. We developed the process, trained partners in the skilled needed to run effective sessions, and then piloted and rolled out the process internationally. After helping embed the company’s new vision and values, we developed a comprehensive measurement framework to track how Eversheds was living its values. We ran 4 waves of a survey that achieved an average response rate of 70%. We also developed a six monthly partner assessment survey to allow employees to feedback about their partners’ coaching.
