Ericsson asked us to help transform their internal communication function. Working with the internal communication team, we identified how communication needed to change in order to engage people globally in the strategic priorities. We identified a fresh approach to internal communication led by higher skilled professionals. We carried out a global review of Ericsson’s group internal communication channels, surveying around 2500 staff worldwide. We then ran development workshops for communicators to position themselves as business partners to their internal clients.
