Line Managers

This Danish international bank has grown by acquisition, creating an international group of different brands. They believe that people managers were vital to engaging their people in making their strategy a reality.

We developed a line manager communication training programme, that highlighted their communication responsibilities, and the practical skills needed to fulfil them.

We designed the workshop, manager communication toolkits, and workshop participant guides. We trained Communication and HR managers to coach the programme using train the trainer manuals, and train the trainer work sessions.

Most importantly, we ran a workshop for the Executive Management committee – the top 18 people in the bank – to engage them as role models and ambassadors for the programme throughout the organisation.
